Delivery & returns

Yerevan

  • Courier delivery usually takes 1–2 working days. We call before delivery to agree the time.
  • Pickup in Yerevan is free: we call you to agree where and when.
  • The delivery price is shown at checkout before you confirm the order.

Outside Yerevan

  • Delivery elsewhere in Armenia is arranged on request; we confirm the price and time before you pay.
  • We do not deliver outside Armenia. Abroad, TUFF is sold by our partners, listed on the Where to buy page.

At handover

  • The courier checks an identity document: we deliver only to adults of 18 and over. We do not hand over an order to anyone under 18, without ID, or who is visibly intoxicated.
  • The recipient signs the delivery sheet. The courier notes the recipient's name and the type of ID (not its number) and may photograph the signed sheet and the handed-over parcel. This is proof of delivery; we do not photograph people.
  • Please check the parcel in front of the courier. If the box or a bottle is damaged, show it to the courier and tell us the same day if you can, with photos.
  • You receive the fiscal cash-register receipt for the order (by email or with the order).

Returns (14 days)

  • Unopened bottles bought online by a private person can be returned within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason: write to info@tuffbrandy.com with the order number and the words "I withdraw from the purchase".
  • Bring or send the bottles back within 14 days, unopened, with cap, seal, excise stamp and gift box intact. In Yerevan we can collect them; we tell you the cost of the return before collecting.
  • Not returnable: engraved or personalised bottles, and bottles opened after delivery (unless defective).

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Tell us as soon as you notice, at the latest within two months of discovering the problem, and keep the bottle and packaging. We collect it at our cost and replace it or refund you in full, including delivery.

Refunds

  • Refunds are made within 14 days of a withdrawal (or within 10 days of a claim for a defect), by the same method you paid with: card payments go back to the same card.
  • How quickly the money appears on your card depends on your bank, usually 3–10 working days.
