Delivery & returns
Yerevan
Courier delivery usually takes 1–2 working days. We call before delivery to agree the time. Pickup in Yerevan is free: we will call to agree where and when.
Abroad
International delivery is arranged on request. Import duties, taxes and local rules on alcohol are the responsibility of the recipient; some countries restrict alcohol shipments.
At handover
Please check the parcel in front of the courier. The courier may ask for an ID confirming legal drinking age.
Damaged or wrong items
Tell us within 3 days and keep the bottle and packaging. We will replace the item or refund you, including delivery.
Refunds
Card payments are refunded to the same card. How quickly the money appears depends on your bank.
