Questions
How does delivery in Yerevan work?
A courier delivers the order within 1–2 working days. We call beforehand to agree a convenient time. Pickup in Yerevan is free.
Do you ship abroad?
No, we deliver only within Armenia. Abroad you can buy TUFF from our partners. The list is on the Where to buy page.
How can I pay?
By card online on the secure ArCa page of ACBA Bank (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, ArCa). For pickup you can also pay in cash or by card when you collect the order.
Is there an age requirement?
We sell only to adults. In Armenia the buyer must be at least 18. The courier always checks an ID that proves your age and will not hand over the order without it.
Can I order for a company or as a gift?
Yes. Write to us through the form above. We prepare corporate orders in any quantity, with gift boxes and cards, and issue an invoice.
What do I do with the stone cap?
Keep it as a keepsake of Armenia, a small piece of its land. The hollow cap is cut from volcanic tuff and finished by hand.
Where can I buy TUFF besides this website?
In shops in Yerevan and at Zvartnots airport duty free. The full list of shops in Armenia and abroad is on the Where to buy page.
What is TUFF's ABV?
TUFF XO and TUFF Heritage are both 40% ABV.
