How to order and pay

How to order

• Choose a bottle in the Collection and add it to the bag.
• Open the bag and go to checkout.
• Enter your name, phone and e-mail, choose delivery or pickup and, for delivery, an address in Armenia.
• Choose how to pay, confirm that you are 18 or over and accept the terms of sale.
• Check the order and the total, then confirm it.

Paying by card online

• We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and ArCa cards.
• Payment is made on the secure page of the ArCa payment system (ipay.arca.am) of ACBA Bank. You enter your card details only there; we never see or store them.
• Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment with 3-D Secure: Visa Secure, Mastercard ID Check or American Express SafeKey.
• Card payments are made in Armenian drams (֏). The amount to be charged is shown before you go to the bank page.
• The money is charged at once when you confirm the payment on the bank page.

Confirmation

• After payment you return to the order page with the order number and status.
• We send a confirmation by e-mail with the order number, the products, quantities and prices. You can print the order page or save the e-mail.
• A manager calls you to agree the delivery time. We issue fiscal receipts (ՀԴՄ) as the law requires.

Other ways to pay

• In cash or by card at pickup. Courier deliveries are paid online by card.
• By bank transfer under our invoice, for companies.

Age

Alcoholic beverages are sold only to persons aged 18 and over. The courier may ask for an ID at handover and will not hand the order to anyone under 18.

Delivery

We deliver only within Armenia. Times and costs are on the Delivery & returns page and are shown at checkout.

Cancellation and refunds

The rules for returns and refunds are in the Terms of sale and on the Delivery & returns page. Card payments are refunded to the same card; how quickly the money appears depends on your bank, usually 3–10 working days.

Safety

We never ask you to send card details, a photo or a scan of your card by e-mail, messenger or phone. If anyone asks for them on our behalf, do not reply and tell us.
