Who these terms apply to
These terms apply to purchases made on this website. By placing an order you accept them.
Legal age
We sell alcoholic beverages only to adults of legal drinking age: 18 in Armenia, or the legal age in the country of delivery if it is higher. By ordering you confirm that you meet this requirement. The courier may ask for an ID at handover and will not deliver to anyone under age.
Orders
An order is a request to buy. We confirm it by phone or email. We may cancel an order if an item is no longer available or the details cannot be confirmed; any payment taken is then refunded in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the selected currency. Delivery is shown separately at checkout. You can pay on delivery, where available, or by card online on the bank's secure page. We never see or store card details.
Delivery
Delivery options, times and costs are described on the Delivery & returns page and shown at checkout.
Returns
Alcoholic beverages in proper condition cannot be returned once delivered. If a bottle arrives damaged, has a defect or the wrong item was delivered, tell us within 3 days and keep the bottle and packaging: we will replace it or refund you in full.
