Drink responsibly

Our position

TUFF is made to be tasted slowly and given as a gift. We want it to be enjoyed by adults, in moderation, and never at anyone's expense.

Who TUFF is for

• Adults of 18 and over, or of legal drinking age in their country if it is higher.
• We do not sell to minors, and the courier checks an ID at handover. Please do not buy TUFF for anyone under age.
• Our site, emails and social media are meant for adults only.

How to enjoy it

• Pour a small measure: 30 ml is enough to taste an aged brandy properly.
• Drink slowly, with water and food.
• Know your limits, and respect the choice of those who do not drink.

When not to drink

• Before driving or operating machinery, and before anything else that needs your full attention.
• During pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
• If you take medicines that do not mix with alcohol, or a doctor has advised you not to drink.

How we talk about TUFF

• We do not address our advertising or content to people under 18.
• We do not link drinking with driving, sport, or success at work or with other people.
• We do not claim that alcohol is good for health, and we do not present strength as a reason to choose a drink.
• When we share photos or posts made by others, we choose only those that follow these rules.

If drinking becomes a problem

If you are worried about your own drinking or someone else's, talk to a doctor. Reliable information is also available from the World Health Organization at who.int.
